Internet Pricing and Availability
Due to the constant changing Handmade Art Market, new releases are constantly coming out as well as others no longer being available. We are constantly updating this web-site in an effort to keep the most current information available to our customer. There are however times that pricing and availability can change overnight, so there is no guarantee that the piece you ordered on our web-site will be available. If you would like to confirm the availability and pricing on an art piece, please "contact us here" before placing your internet order. We are committed to excellent customer service and will do our best to fill your requests.

Gift Certificates
Are you not sure what to give as a gift? A perfect choice is an Elements Gallery Gift Certificate. Sending an Elements Gallery Gift certificate can be used on any gallery items available on the web-site or in our Bellevue Gallery location. You may purchase a gift certificate by calling 1-877-822-3434. There are no shipping charges for gift certificates.

Gift Orders 
Your gift order will receive special care. Your gift will be packaged in a complimentary white gift box (depending on size) accented with a colorful ribbon. Each gift will come with an artist or art studio information sheet that tells the artists background and techniques. We can include a gift message on an enclosure card as well at no extra charge.

Corporate Gifts & Awards
We offer a wide variety of Corporate Gifts and Awards, which can be personalized for your company through colors, engraving or use of your company logo. We look forward to helping you select a beautiful piece of American handmade glass for that special award. These are considered a special order and are exempt from our return policy.

Layaways
If you are interested in purchasing an item on layaway, we ask for 25% deposit to hold the item(s) on layaway. You may hold items on Layaway for up to 4 months. We can automatically charge your account 30, 60, and 90 days from purchase date an additional 25% of the purchase price to complete the payment in full. Once the item is paid in full, we will ship the item out.

Any Layaway cancelled within 30 days of the purchase date on file are refundable. Any cancellations after 30 days will receive a Gallery credit to be used on another item.

If for any reason the Layaway item is not paid for in full within 4 months, it will be returned to stock and you will be given a gallery credit for the amount paid to date.

Custom Work or Special Orders
We welcome your special and custom orders and many of our artists are able to accommodate your individual requests. We do require a 50% deposit on all Special Orders and they do not qualify for the return policy. All sales are final on Special Orders.
