Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase date and a refund (exclusive of shipping) will be issued to the original buyer.

After 14 days, and within 30 days from purchase date,  item(s) may be returned and a gallery credit (exclusive of shipping) will be issued. All items(s) returned must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by the original Elements Gallery Receipt.

These terms do not apply to layaways, custom work, special orders or purchases that are marked "Final Sale".

Returns after our authorized return period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders canceled may be accepted for return on a case-by-case basis, and will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee. Special orders are except from our return policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
