Shipping Information
  • We use FEDEX  as our primary shipper within the continental United States but can ship items using UPS or USPS by special request. Our recommended shipper will be Fed Ex and Elements Gallery will stand behind and guarantee all deliveries made by this carrier. All orders will be fully insured based on the value of the item. Package size, value, destination and shipping method selected will determine which shipping carrier we will use for your order.
  • Orders usually ship within 1-2 days, excluding weekends, and holidays, for items that are in stock. Please be sure to read the “Delivery Information” section. We may have certain items shipped directly from the artist to expedite delivery for you.
  • Some items, including, but not limited to: furniture pieces, large or heavy sculptures, etc. may require special handling cost or additional shipping costs. If any item you order requires a special shipping cost addition, we will need an email approval from you prior to processing your order. The order form can not compute the special costs for these items so the shipping total will not be reflected on the order form.
  • Only one shipping address per order form can be processed.
  • If an item is sold out, or can not ship out right away, you will receive an email to let you know this and the status of the order. No charges on your account will be made until the item(s) are shipped out.
  • Please make sure your email address is listed correctly on the order form.
  • For those who have spam filters in place, please make sure you permit email from the domain elementsglassgallery.com. Otherwise we are unable to contact you and you may not receive your order confirmation or order tracking information email.
  • Shipping to your PO, APO or FPO address is possible in the majority of cases. Since we are unable to use UPS or Fed Ex for these addresses, we usually use USPS. Shipping quotes will be sent via email to you if additional postage is required. Some restrictions may apply. The shipping costs to these locations will not show on your order form.
  • We offer international shipping for many items. (See note below RE: International shipping)  
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY AND 3 DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION: UPS and Federal Express do not count holidays or week-end days in their delivery times. Therefore, a package mailed on a Thursday scheduled for 2nd day delivery will actually be delivered on Monday. Thursday is considered day 0, Friday is counted as day #1 and Monday is counted as day #2. During the holidays, it is important to check the shipping guidelines as the shippers have Holiday guideline deadline shipping dates to help you get your gifts there on time.

TRACKING:  A tracking number email, provided by the shipper directly, will be sent to the email address given on your order form after your order has shipped out from Elements Gallery. Please make sure you have given us your correct email address on the order form. Please allow the shipper up to 48 hours, after package has shipped out, to process the package in their system and get the tracking number sent out to you. If an item is being shipped directly from the artist, tracking numbers may take a little longer to acquire. Some SPAM filters may prevent email notification of shipping information which we unfortunately have no control over.  We hope this service is of assistance to you in tracking your shipments. We know your order is very important and we will do the best we can to provide you the best customer service. Please provide accurate information in the comment section, the billing, shipping and the credit card information sections to avoid delays in processing your order as well as possible shipping surcharges for address corrections.

International Shipping
  • International Shipping is available on most items and many locations.
  • If you are considering placing an order for international shipping, please email us first so that we can confirm availability for international shipping and provide estimated shipping quote.
  • If we are able to ship the item(s) internationally we will need you to submit payment via PAYPAL as we are unable to verify international addresses for credit card processing. Use the PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT button on the order form.
  • Please fill out the order form and select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Your order will show TBD in the shipping cost on the order confirmation.
  • Once we receive your order, we will be able to compute the actual shipping costs and we will send you a shipping cost invoice from PAYPAL. Please submit your payment thru PAYPAL using the invoice we have sent to you. Upon receipt of this payment, we can then process your order. In the event you chose not to proceed, please send us an email so that we can refund your original order PAYPAL payment to you.
  • The international shipping charge DOES NOT include any duties, taxes or customs charges.  Please contact your local customs office regarding these charges. We have no way of accurately estimating what, if any, duties or taxes will be due on your shipment. Each country handles things differently, and there is no one reference we have found that consolidates this information. Therefore, we suggest you contact the Commerce or Tax Authorities in your country to find out what duties or taxes may be applicable to the importation of Art into your country. Such duties or taxes will be collected from you at the time of delivery. As part of our export documentation, we file forms which state the full retail value of the art, and a copy of this declaration accompanies the shipment.

Weather conditions can affect all scheduled deliveries and shipper guarantees will be waived due to any serious weather conditions which prevent normal movement of packages. We reserve the right to select the shipper based on the shipping method selected, the size of the item and the value of the shipment. We make every attempt to promptly process orders and ask that you allow extra time during the holidays for your order to process and ship. If an item needs to arrive by a specific date, we recommend that you select a shipping method that allows enough time to process the order and the shipper to deliver it to you.

Item Availability important note: Your email Order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is in stock. It is only to inform you that we have received your order form. If an item is not in stock, you will be sent an email to inform you of this. If your shipping costs exceed the amount quoted on your order form, an email will be sent to you for authorization prior to processing your order.
